With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

I voted Weber State because of Geography and our ability to compete with them (and find magical ways to lose).

I put NAU down. Of course UNC started as a teachers college, and I think NAU did as well...so there's that. Location between the two schools is pretty close as well.

I think either Mines or Western State should be our rivals. After all, we have played Mines a total of 53 times and Western State 65 times. Not only are they Colorado teams, but we have winning records against both of them. Some may say that having a D2 team as a rival would be wrong - but what's the big deal, aren't we playing an NAIA school this year? By making either (or both) of them our rival(s), we will be able to always win 2 games a year, AND keep the current staff! The key is not to play CSU-Pueblo, cause they would whip our ass again. Gotta stay away from them.

It would be great if we could set up a "trophy" game w/ the likes of NAU or Weber. The winner takes home a trophy of some sort.

In our last 9 games with both Weber State and NAU, we have had 1 win and 8 losses. Weber out scored us 295 to 199. It was even worse with NAU. They out scored us 294 to 134. I doubt it if they would like UNC to be considered their rival, let alone play for a trophy. To put it in a better perspective, in the last 9 games with Western State, we had 8 wins and 1 loss. We outscored them 322 to 130 (sounds like the NAU margin of victory). As Coach Dungy would say, "Rival?, are you kidding? You want to talk about a Rival?" We should not put the proverbial cart before the horse. Lets get back to winning before declaring a rival.

I hate to be negative about this but why is this Rivalry study still news ?? We don't have any rivals in Football anymore . To have a rival you have to actually win some games otherwise we are just someone to kick around. Why don't we have a study to figure out how to get out of this losing syndrome !
