I watched our football team lose all their games last year because they couldn't see that Dylan Orms was the leader that could have brought the team together. This basketball team has no leader. They don't have a go to guy that makes everyone around him give everything they have from start to finish. The guys this year are all nice guys and good players, but they don't have that leadership ability. Leadership is not something you can learn, but something that people are born with. When the coaches go out recruiting this year they should be looking for players that take control of the game and have the ability to get the players around them to step up. It is sad to see this team with the talent they have go through the motions without any fight and let the other teams beat up on them.
