If this staff has any chance of carrying on, or even trying to resuscitate some life into this season, SE Louisiana is a must-win. Lose this one, and we're 1-4 going into the bye week and mentally everyone checks out.
As bad as it was last week, this is not an unwinnable game. SELA is 0-2 and hasn't shown much of anything. They hung a bit with Southern Mississippi but faded in the second half.
I go back a long way, and I can't even remember the last time Eastern had a game in the South and won. We beat Texas State and Stephen F Austin in road games, but I don't really call Texas the South (some do, but the South starts to the East of Texas for me).

Not unwinnable, which means we will probably lose it. This team has no identity and we need to find a Qb.
As I watch UC Davis put Southern Utah away, I remembered they're on our schedule. The football gods haven't let us lose to UC Davis yet despite some close calls, so maybe we can be 3-9 with their help.
