Last season Falk was knocked out of games with concussions a couple of times. When he came off the field after one of those incidents his eyes were dilated like saucers yet the med staff let him back in the 2nd half. Does he seem susceptible to that?

Please don't put things on here that are not true, makes you look well crazy. Falk had one concussion, 1 vs Colorado. He hurt his shoulder vs UCLA, I was at the game and was allowed to come back and play.
Others are questioning the concussion protocall @ WSU as well. http://www.knowconcussion.org/2015/11/23/luke-falk-likely-has-concussion-but-doing-real-well/
As you know, but may not wish to recall, part of Leech's undoing @ TT was his handling of player concussions.

Once researched, the Craig James' kid's story fell apart. I think it's pretty safe to say the Texas Tech thing never really had anything to do with concussion protocol. It was about a bratty kid with a grievance against his coach and a high-profile father willing to do whatever it took to blow it up in the media.

The comical thing is the vast majority of Texas Tech's fanbase still follows Leach.

As for last year, I have no idea about what happened. I remember Falk getting stretchered off in a game and then missing the following week's game. Beyond that, I couldn't speculate. Very few concussions require multi-week absences, many concussed players can get cleared in a matter of a day or two. The problem, of course, is when a kid shows a proclivity to getting concussions. That's when you have to be super careful.

Is that the kid that Leech had locked up in the metal equipment shed?

Kinda sorta. You're thinking of the correct incident. Leach made him sit in the dark because he wouldn't practice. When he was questioned by attorneys- because Leach sued Texas Tech for breach of contract and unlawful termination- he recanted his story about having been diagnosed with a concussion.

Regardless of whether the kid had a concussion, what kind of arrogant ass would make a kid sit in a shed for any reason. Leech is weird dude and Moos just keeps paying him for his weirdness. I miss good people like Jim Sweeney.

Gabe Marks is an idiot.

The Pac-12 North may be – is? – one of the best divisions in college football this season and Washington State has as good a chance to win it as anyone – except so do three other schools. And Eastern? It is the poor little FCS school in the middle of ... hey Gabe Marks, where is it? The WSU receiver recently informed a group of reporters, as chronicled by our Jacob Thorpe, “I don’t even know where (Eastern Washington) is.” So do you know where Portland State is Mr. Marks? It was that type of indifference to the Vikings that got Washington State in trouble in last year’s opener, a 24-17 defeat to another Big Sky school coming off a middling season.

Pretty sure he got knocked out of the game, too. Dumb ass comment made by an over confident kid.
