WSU vs ISU, Who's Going??

Me and Mrs. AJWILDCAT are going along with 7 other family members.

Can anyone confirm there really is a tailgate party for WSU fans before the game?

All I know is the bus wont be arriving until about 12:30, so one hr before kick-off.
