I'm not saying I don't expect a pretty good thumping to be put on the kitties Saturday, but I certainly don't see this years NDSU on par with this years ASU. I guess we'll find out, but I sure like to think NDSU won't be able to coast by halftime. Regardless, I wouldn't put ISU in the same class as ASU, especially this year. NDSU has a nice F[BS] win streak going but I don't believe any of them have been against top-20 teams and most seem to be perennial middle-to-bottom of their conference pack teams.
I'm very interested in this game, I think it will speak volumes about what we can expect this season. If Weber were to lose by 31 (again) I hope NDSU would have had to put in 3+ quarters to do it. Anything less than a 3 TD loss and I think Weber and fans have reason to be excited for the new, competitive Wildcats.
the defending big 12 champs last year, that are #20 this year is a perennial middle to bottom feeder?
I believe I said 'most', as in this year's opponent Iowa St. and a few others with similar struggles: Colorado St., Minnesota. My point was I don't see NDSU on par with ASU, especially this season-- if you do, great, your team has it going on right now.
nope not saying we are on par with any FBS team, totally different to play 1 game than 12. just asking if you thought K State was a bottom feeder ;-)
