Congrats Steve! Keep it up, we need the same kind of effort down the stretch.

With a win over ISU on Sat, Panos will become the first big sky player to be part of 3 big sky titles in 30 to 35 yrs!!!!!!!!

I read a funny story about Panos banging the padding on the backboard stand in practice, and Rahes' response, I don't know where I saw it, if somebody else read it and knows where it is, post and paste it.

Coach’s wisdom
by Jasen Asay - Feb 10th, 2010
At Wednesday’s basketball practice, senior Steve Panos was so frustrated that he started hitting the padding on the stand holding the backboard up.

Head coach Randy Rahe had some quick words of wisdom for his player.

“Don’t do that,” Rahe said. “You’ll break your hand.”

There were a few chuckles from other players since Rahe knows from experience. Rahe broke bones in his right hand from punching the padding during a practice in December and is still wearing a splint on that hand.
