Pretty sure Weber State has. Maybe BSU when they were in the Big Sky.

Idaho in 80-81 and 81-82 (were as high as #6, finished the season #8).
Weber in 68-69, 70-71, 71-72, 72-73, 78-79 and 79-80 it looks like.

Man, that was a tough matchup for the Eags but I really think this team could make some noise in the Big Sky. Wiley brings in some much needed defensive prowess and I have been impressed with the rest of the newcomers.
