Did anyone get a chance to see this one? I only watched it for about 5 minutes, and Wofford was ahead and I couldn't figure out how. Wofford looked inept on offense. I couldn't get a read on what YSu was doing offensively; they showed a zone read a couple of times in the short time I watched. I don't know if they employ that regularly or not.
YSU has been the poster child for hot & cold on offense all season long. Yesterday they had just enough to squeak out a win which is what counts. On special teams they missed a PAT, a Field goal and had a punt blocked, they survived on life support.
As you mentioned though they have a pretty damn good defense (like the rest of the MVFC) and were able to stop Wofford when they had to. If that team shows up that played yesterday they are in trouble, if the team that scored 40+ the past 3 weeks shows up, we will have one hell of a ball game.
