@Colorado

Kjar’s gonna go Boise 2007 Fiesta Bowl. He’s a hard charging, attack kind of coach. And extremely creative as well. Doubt if the outcome will be the same, but it’s definitely going to fun to watch… at least the first half. But, some Weber players are getting a chance to showcase for a future check. Curious how that affects the game.

I heard Kjar leads FCS in TD receptions. The next three games will be telling.
I'm hoping that these games will be a little bit of a breather. We need to get some guys healthy and back to playing at full strength. We also need to go deeper into our bench and get some guys a little game experience. Two straight home games are just what the doctor ordered. That game out to the coast concerns me a little bit CPSlow is a much improved club.

Our defense is bruised and battered. We weren't deep there to begin with. Our recruiting plan seems clear to me. We need to be bigger, stronger, faster on the defensive side of the ball. We won't know what we have, coaching wise, until we have the horses to get the job done. We have some good pieces there, but just not enough. Some of the improvement can come in the weight room, but not all of it.

Offensively hope we can see a return of Brown, Kjar, and Ferguson for the home opener. Defensively, not sure we have anyone that can step up or return from injury....so just hoping they can continue to improve and we can outscore everyone for this year...

Some timely turnovers and continued good special teams play could go a long way. But gotta limit the big play quick scores. Wouldn't mind seeing our offense slow down a bit to keep the our defense off the field.
