K-Rich is stacking years in PERS on top of his STRS, doing what he loves. As long as he wants to recruit and coach the OL, the on field performance has justified whatever timeline he wishes to have IMO.

K Rich needs to show he’s more than the position coach it appears that he is stereotyped at. I think he would have brought more TT PURE style of OC than previous Fresques did under Andy T.
That should have been his chance to grow and prove himself. AT should have made that change once he saw B Fresques wasn’t at a high enough level as an OC D1.
I’m thinking K Rich is a good stable coach and hoping he stays and grows as opportunities present themselves.

It's easy to see that you like Richardson and that's fine, but other than Troy, I don't know program who would have offered him an assistant coaching job much less a coordinator position. I was actually surprised that Carter retained him after deciding to keep Fresques and Brown who both bring significantly more college experience and can serve as transition coaches. If he does not coexist well with Angus there won't be a need to keep him after this season and then if he chooses, he can go test his value in the market.
