Sac State opting out of spring
It’s interesting to pop over to eGriz and see how many of the boarders there tend to hear their inside sources saying Montana doesn’t seem to want to play.
I have 950,000 reasons to believe Portland State isn’t all that excited, either.

Towson just opted out of the spring, which is interesting in that they were going to join JMU, Delaware and William and Mary as four CAA schools to play an independent slate this fall.
Griz fans will say they don't want to play, but this spring when the Frontier is playing and Carroll is back on the field, Griz fans will change their tune pretty quick.

Portland State should not play Spring. They have not been in the gym (only a few) due to being shut down in Portland. There would be far too many injuries from not being prepared and I would think quite a few of the athletes would opt out. Oregon Covid 19 numbers are getting worse, not better. I do not see the Governor allowing any sort of practice allowed, but who knows.
