1st Round

The Bears played thier butts off, they have nothing to be ashamed of, they will be much better next year.

What is the story with Banks? I heard he got injured. How did it affect the game. I missed it.

Either way, it was pretty cool seeing UNC in the tourney for the first time!

Just wait until next year when it's in Greeley for the first time!

Yeah we kind of blew it at the end, argh. But this season was a step forward hopefully we can continue on that next year. Losing Banks will hurt he was 1st team Big Sky. Two big guys coming in as Freshman and both will probably be needed we are very thin up front with Proctor having to become the man. Montgomery is maybe a 10 to 15 minute a night guy but we will need him to step up his game. The defense seems to be there but on the offensive side he's pretty absent although I'm sure the injuries this year didn't help... so he need to come back healthy.

Not worried about the guards, they will all be back with another year under their belt. I'm looking for Beitzel to step up and become a consistent 15 points a night and less of the 25 one night and 5 the next type of thing.

Also, can't forget losing Mason mid season hurt. With him around I think we might have pulled out maybe a game or two we lost. Hard to lose a big conributor like that out of the blue and not due to injury but he quit the team.

One of the nastiest finger dislocations I've ever seen, which had him out long enough for the trainers to put it back in to place while hiding somewhere in the deep, dark recesses of Holt Arena. He only missed a couple of minutes, and it didn't make a difference--Idaho State was being given enough free throws that there wasn't a flow.

Not to mention we'll have Elliot Lloyd next year, who is as good a shooter as we have.

we've got a nice crew coming back. I'm excited to see what Lloyd can do. He's our biggest prospect ever. Maybe besides Taibi.

Didn't get the chance to watch the game, but was disappointed to see the score, thought we would win this game after how we were playing down the stretch. But awesome season none the less, and next year will be very interesting.
