I wouldn't count out Jordan West or Gage Gubrud. When West was on like he was in the beginning of the season, he was one of the best in FCS. I have a feeling if Nick Ellison hits the weights and gets up to 295 or so he may be our best OL.

I picked Reilly. I just think he has such a huge upside and we have yet to really see what he can do as a full time starter. It's difficult to say on the guys that we haven't seen play yet. I am really excited to see Jayson Williams play.

I also went with Hennessy but I could see a lot of other guys really breaking out. McPherson and Williams both looked great before they got injured.

This is wide open. Like the WR's from Bourne down to the redshirts. Wait and see on the QB situation, want to avoid team schism as Hennessey's fans seem bent on ruining chemistry. If Reilly clearly wins the position, all for that. Only Coach B can say for sure on that one. Saw issues at WSU after Bledsoe left, but WSU had the paloose posse to win games for them.

Could see a huge year out of Ebukam and the rest of the DE's too.

Conclusion: this is a VERY talented and deep team just looking to explode all over the BigSky. Come through the brutal 3 of 4 games on the road stretch with minimal injuries in September and this is a championship caliber team. Who dreams up these schedules?

Jordan West was Zak Hill's choice for QB; my understanding is Baldwin preferred Hennessy. Therefore, I suspect Hennessey is the guy moving forward.

I voted for Tristan Taylor. With a clean slate on OL I think he will rise to the occasion. He has a nasty streak. Malcolm "Smash" Williams Jr with a year under his belt will have to take on a bigger role. I see him having a solid if not big year. I also like the Frosh TE coming off of redshirt. He is big at 6'5 240# and faster than the TE'S we had last year. If they use the TE's at all next year he could be a surprise breakout player.

You talking Beau Byus? I think we had three TE's redshirt this year.

I like Beau but the kid I'm talking about is the walk-in from Montana. He was the player of the week twice on scout team and the times I saw him he looked very athletic and had excellent hands.

If you're looking for a breakout performer, it probably isn't going to be in one of the skill positions unless you're talking QB. Ellison would be my vote.

First time I've heard that... Just don't want to see a schism based on fanboy activity. If Hennessey is the guy, want to see him clearly win the role. Didn't see any real separation when he got his opportunity and his propensity to injury is worrisome. Was he more exciting at times? Yes. Better overall? Don't think it was definitive.

Sort of hard to believe Coach B didn't make the change and allowed a 3 game losing streak to end the season if it was clear in his mind. Not a mind reader though.

Would love to see Grady reach his potential... will take a HUGE game against NDSU when they take away Kupp and Bourne though. :-) Don't think there are any FCS teams that can take away the 3rd, 4th or 5th receivers if they are efforting to get open and the QB gets to that read on time. When does the season begin?

RH has been working out with Taylor Barton and Jake Heaps others in the offseason. I'm looking for him to have a breakout season.

Spring football is going to be interesting.

Looking for Malcolm Williams to break out this year. He is elusive and runs hard. Needs to work on ball security.
