Has anyone else see that John Gruden instagram ewu vid? I don't know how to post it but it's barstoolgruden
ok, maybe I spoke too soon. You have to admit that talk is cheap.....we have a football alumni who is a past super bowl mvp yet we have a glorified high school stadium.Eastern is not sinking. In fact, we're finally moving in the right direction. There's a lot of effort right now to re imagine the level of success that's attainable at Eastern and to reach out to all corners to reinvigorate alumni and fans. Every event I've attended over the last couple years has been inspiring. Tim Collins, Shari McMahan, Aaron Best, Dan Monson. You can tell there's a commitment to taking this university way higher. If you were at the Night of Champions a couple weeks ago you know what I mean. Outreach from the EAF, the ticket office, and everyone else on the business side of athletics has been outstanding too. I'm very optimistic.
Talk is cheap, and I'm as ready as any to see some results. Are you saying you can have a glorified high school stadium and a Super Bowl MVP? What about a national championship? Is that possible?ok, maybe I spoke too soon. You have to admit that talk is cheap.....we have a football alumni who is a past super bowl mvp yet we have a glorified high school stadium.
Winning would reinvigorate alumni and fans. This alumni is not giving a dime to EWU Athletics until Best is fired. Its been 3 losing seasons, spring ball from what I understand was awful, it way past due.Eastern is not sinking. In fact, we're finally moving in the right direction.
