I don't think its disrespectful at all. I agree with them. This isn't Weenie Hut Jrs this is D1 football. If they don't want to go out and hit someone they can play flag football or whatever. They're not saying it to them either. Dude this is football, if you want a hug box you should probably head elsewhere.E-Wu, question your former players saying Best recruits are just wimps. Those players saying that is very disrespectful for a number of reasons and will leave it at that.
"End zone jump balls is where we struggle"? I don't know where you come up with this shit.Being fast doesn't help you with end zone jump-balls, which is where we struggle. We used to have guys like Limu-Jones, Brandon Kaufman, etc. who could go up in the air and get it and still had good speed as well.
I'd also like to see more size at receiver, but there's no replacement for speed.Being fast doesn't help you with end zone jump-balls, which is where we struggle. We used to have guys like Limu-Jones, Brandon Kaufman, etc. who could go up in the air and get it and still had good speed as well.
Kupp is just...Kupp.But even before him we had excellent blocking receivers like Kaufman, Herd, and Nic Edwards. Our current guys are too small and don't do well run blocking at all.
Not the fastest guy, but big and physical and could dominate DBs."End zone jump balls is where we struggle"? I don't know where you come up with this shit.
Limu-Jones was so slow. He literally was a TE his first year at Eastern.
Come up with what shit? You don't think our offense struggles in the end zone and you don't think that's at least partially because we don't have guys that can get separation on short yardage throws? A dominant back would help, but so would having size at WR, and a possession-type TE as well which we haven't had forever, either."End zone jump balls is where we struggle"? I agree we sucked in the end zone but that's not what you said though. You made it seem like we just need tall guys to stand in the end zone like tall DBs don't exist.Come up with what shit?
