FBS: potentially the Pac-12 teams still need a game, if they don’t add a conference game.

The others who don’t have an FCS team scheduled yet:
Kent State
FIU
USC- never plays FCS so unlikely

Everyone in PAC and MW has an FCS game already scheduled.
