#3 EWU @ MSU - GDT

Make it 5 turnovers! A little slow starting, but in the end, what I think we were hoping for. D struggled against the run at times but gave up 17 points with 5 turnovers. Offense didn't look sharp at times, but put up 41 and Gage threw for 520. On to Montana!

Not quite, but now I want to try that one too.

So, the opposing coach is giving you the professional courtesy of running the clock down, and you call a timeout and take a shot down the field? Dick move.

It pisses me off that we put RH in just to hand off the ball. Let him frickin sling the rock man.

Especially after the timeout by MSU. Fuck 'em, throw for the endzone... that would've likely killed the clock too.

Maybe next time we just keep scoring on them. WTF Chote?

I doubt Baldwin will forget that when MSU is in Cheney next year.

Great play by the defense in the second half. Nice to see them put pressure on the QB and get some more turnovers. Gotta cut the penalties...those will be killers against Montana and Cal Poly.

Agreed, Choate needs to learn to lose with class.

I don't have a problem with it, but the MSU coach should not be surprised if and when we don't try to run out the clock next year in Cheney if we're ahead at the end of the game.

Goodbye, playoffs.
my-brain-is-full-of-fuck.jpg

We most likely drop this game and I don't see us making the playoffs. Cal Poly and Montana are infinitely better teams than MSU. A 7-4 record might be enough to get us in, but on the road somewhere like Fargo.

Well that didn't take long. Montana got ravaged by NAU, Cal Poly eked out a 5 point win against UC-Davis.
