#5 EWU at PSU "The Dam Cup" Game Thread

Pull your heads out of your asses Eagles. Portland State was awful in the first half, they have ZERO business being in this game at all let alone tied.
 
Hmmm, not stopping the clock. Guess they are ok with being tied going into the half? That's surprising to me. Plenty of time to at least get in FG range, and have the opportunity to go up by two scores after the half.

It's PSU's superbowl, and they look way more fired up right now. I hope the halftime adjustments are appropriate! Don't like the feel of this game right now.

That one kinda pissed me off, too. But VA just threw a pick on the previous drive and the coaches are probably figuring that we get the ball back to start the half. What a frustrating game to watch.
 
That's what we expect from the O! As long as EWU doesn't shoot their own feet, they should destroy PSU! That being said, seems like games with PSU always have to be extremely dramatic.
 
That was NOT a touchback! That was a fricken awesome play robbed by the refs. One called it right, the other overruled him, but if you watch the replay, neither of the two players feet were touching that batted the ball back out of the end zone. This game....
 
I'm trying to figure out if EWU is just getting out coached or are PSU's backups better than EWUs 1st team
 
Too many dropped passes. D/ST playing like they did early in the season. Gotta get this turned around fast. There's kind of a playoff seed on the line here guys.
