A little better - MSU

Saw some good things against MSU. Better than I though they would do. I don't beleive in moral victories and it's still a L.

Good - Some running game took shape. Some holes and nice running from Hildreth. Lobato had a pretty good game.

Bad - Offensive line and secondary, AGAIN. What was it 4 sacks on Lobato? Mental mistakes on coverage.

I have a sliver of hope we can win against either UND or PSU. NAU, I doubt.

Now this time last year- you all said a loss is a loss. Didn't matter if the team played good or not.

0 and 8- wow

How's Collins and his new staff doing? Just remember this is the guy most of you on this board wanted.
Fire everybody and clean house (Remember that?)- even the good coaches that were here..
How are these new coordinators doing?

Looks like Downing and Peterson have won 3 games now at Tulsa and
Deti has now won 5 at Illinois State.
Even Kendrick is winning.

0 and 8- yep this was a good move. Glad we (UNC) got our guy!
Collins wants everybody to buy in- I'm not buying in..
UNC is 0 and 8- thats all I need to know.

John Eddy - You are loyal to the coaches who coached you for 4 years, you should be. I'm okay with you being upset at Hinrichs, but you should support Collins. He has nothing to do with Downing's inability to win games during his tenure. You would probably like him if you met him.

Also, this time last year - we were saying the same thing as every week. Another close lose. We said that for a few years.

PS - Your brother is doing great at G-west! Nice!

The penalties were embarrassing, totally unacceptable. You couldn't beat an NAIA team with that many penalties, oh wait bad example, we can't beat an NAIA team anyway... but yeah, I put that on coaching, it's week 8 and we get personal fouls in the 4th quarter trying to scrap for a win? That's a selfish, poorly coached team in my opinion... but good news, at least it wasn't a historically embarrassing loss, that's all we have to go on at this point.
