• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!
  • Guest, do want an ad free experience on BigSkyFans.com among other benefits? Upgrade your account today!

Simply click your profile name > account upgrades > BigSky Club > choose between the year long subscription (two free months) or month to month

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

I also heard the other day (getting too old, can't remember who told me) that the academic requirements for athletes at ISU are going to be relaxed somewhat. Dang! Who told me that???

That should help recruits qualify to ISU.

You're right up, it should. I've heard that because of Tingey, we've had the most stringent academic requirements in the league, and because of that it's hurt us in recruiting. Although I'm not exactly sure what the requirements are.

Will the relaxed requirements change anything? I mean will Kramer purposefully go find athletic boys who are less intelligent? Or will this truly broaden the net?

Yep, it's the offseason....More appreciate you here PBP than not. I really hope you continue to stick around.

With Kramer only signing 5 or so guys this next recruiting season, we probably won't see the benefits of a more relaxed academic requirement for a couple years.

Like every off season, there will be some scholarship players leaving the program so there maybe more scholarships available.
