Our administrators should take note of Illinois State's stadium. The stands they have that are opposite the press box are exactly what we need.

That's a really nice setup! I'd be interested in knowing what the strategy was to get that funded in terms of percentage funded by the state, bonds, and/or private donations. It would not surprise me if Illinois was a state that allowed usage of public funds for these type of projects.
