Athletic Facilities

Nothing will change the other competing brands they are a constant.
Prime time of the season where you have HS, G1C trying to fill vacant space, soccer, baseball, etc.

I still think we are doing ourself a disservice thinking just bc we are 'FBS' people will flock to the stadium. They didnt flock to UOP.

I know where you're coming from, but nothing ever stays the same.

The best way to guarantee that you don't increase your crowd size is do nothing. Gotta try. Not saying a 40k stadium can get filled, but it's possible to get 20 - 25k

If the holy bowl is going to outdraw the Hornets by 1,000, is it even worth building a stadium that can be expanded to 40,000? I think 12,183 is good for FCS and a new on campus 20-25,000 seat stadium, no need to build a modular 40,000 Cal Expo frankenstadium when even if FBS was granted, I dont think magically 25-30,000 fans are gonna show up. Look at the A's, they are MLB and the stadium they built is vacant.

Dont think changing a letter in classification is going to be the drawing card everyone is saying.
Totally depends on which teams at FBS that we had scheduled for home games.
If we hosted Fresno State I’d expect bulldogs would bring 8000-10,000 fans. We’d fill 25K seat stadium beautifully,
If we had any P4 team visit in future I’d expect 10-12K in the visitor stands.
I prefer luxe 25K on campus. Even if staged only home stands first build. Reuse visitor stands

State Senator Angelique Ashby posed with Dr. Wood on the legislature floor yesterday and wrote to her followers that big things are coming very soon for Sac State, including a reference to the stadium at CE.

Words, words, words, need some actions, please!

Curious to see how much a 7,500 seat arena is going to cost.

Can't find the post now, but Josh Wood appears to be affiliated with this.

I find this quote from the KCRA article funny:

"The City has been approached by KozPure Development, LLC working with Alpha One Sports and Entertainment Group, LLC to utilize a city-owned property to be part of a sports-anchored entertainment destination district and City Center (Development)," read a city staff report

Both of those entities include Josh Wood. The quote makes it seem like different groups, but it's essentially just Wood.

Edit: No mention of cost or funding sources, but some recent similar size arenas cost between $84M (Henderson, NV) and $125M (Tarleton)

If anyone is interested where the name KozPure came from..

It came from Josh (and Luke's) last name Kozinets. That's where KozPure came from, it's not just a random stupidly sounding name.

Luke Woods actual birth name is Jonathan Kozinets. Here is a picture of him with his father Alex Kozinets:

So, this sketch ass KozPure company now talking about the Soccer stadium was created by Luke Woods brother at about the same time the "Sac-12" drive was created. KozPure was created less than a year ago.

KozPure does not even have a website, nor do Joshua's other companies all registered to the same suite number in this building: 3195 Zinfandel Dr. Ste # 21 Rancho Cordova.

Not one of this guys companies has a website. And they're talking about multi-million dollar stadium contracts? Do they have any prior stadium jobs to show? I can't find anything..

Also listed to that address is another one of Joshua Woods LLCs Kozinets Purewal, Llc. (a "consulting company") as well as Alpha One Sports and entertainment group. and of course KozPure all listed to Joshua at the same suite number.

Also, serious question: Why is it Luke and Joshua "can't find their mother" when they know who their father is and they were supposedly born in jail? Really? They can't find her?

Do women now give birth in jail, and nobody knows what their name is? That would be weird.. "Oh, another lady just popped out a baby from cell block C.. Unfortunately we don't know who she is, guess these kids will never know who their mom is."

Luke's fascination with creating a Black Honors College at Sac (even though black people are 6% of your student body) and now a Jewish Honors College at Sac. (even though Jewish people are probably 1 % of your student body or less) make a lot more sense when you realize he's at most half black (but 100% identifies as black online), and likely half Jewish.

I'm still amazed the guy hasn't been fired after it was revealed he said he wanted to "eliminate whiteness" and his "tolerance for white fragility score was 5%" but I guess certain rules for certain groups, other rules for others..
