Sorry Colter, not buying it. You lost me at Idaho State at #2. They got blown off the field by Utah State the week before.

Here is what I've come with. I've been setting up the conference power rankings for Any Given Saturday since 2004 and Championship Subdivision since 2009. My rankings this week.
