It seems like we have a bunch of true freshman running around and BYU's QB Tanner Mangum looks like he's about 38 years old.
 
Eason looks like he's pressing a bit on his throws. Probably nerves, but he has a cannon.

Very proud of this team today. Poised, constant effort, and almost mistake free (one turnover on a tipped pass and very few penalties). Heartbroken that we may lose our center to injury. Anyone hear any updates?
 
Not to take anything away from Eason, I think we get the upset if Kuresa was still there.

That said, we are going to win a few more games this year as Eason matures. I don't think we make the playoffs this year, but I'm not thinking we are throwing this season away. And what I saw from the Beavers today, I think that game next week has turned into a VERY interesting game for both OSU and PSU. The kicking game needs some work and some dumb unsportsmanlike penalties need to be corrected, but I am more optimistic now about the Beaver game that I was before.
