Colorado Mesa vs Northern Colorado

Felt great to get that win! I like how our offense was getting going in the 2nd half. Lobato is struggling a bit with his throw's. Offensive line didn't give up a sack today. Defense looked great!

The bad news: Looked like a hospital on the sidelines with all of our injuries. I wish we had a bye before heading to Sac State. We will need to play much better if we want to beat the hornets.

I love the win but a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooot of mistakes... if that continues there won't be any other wins I'm afraid. :o

The biggest thing that needs work is Lobato and the receivers don't seem to be on the same page. Lobato started very slow last season but within a few games he got things going.

Sounds like the expected occurred
There's bound to be mistakes, overall it sounds looked the o line did well.
I don't know how athletic and sound cmu was, but I expect that they were a lot like the UNC second level players.
if that is accurate, the question is........were the mistakes mental or physical?
Hopefully things continue to get more efficient, the injured players get healed up, and the team can take some confidence into Sacramento State!
GO BEARS!

This really was enjoyable to watch. Also, it looked like the students really turned out in numbers (well, more so than we usually do). Lets hope they can carry this momentum into week 3.

Not so much of not being on the same page, but just inaccurate. It was nice to see him have some time to throw back there, maybe he wasn't use to that.

It was a good win, builds some confidence heading into the Sac State game, which is a very winnable one. Anyone know the deal with Jace? They said sprained ankle on tv.

Yeah, maybe so! The offensive line looks great. Only 2 sacks in 2 games. Much improved!!!
