Proud of this kid and how he persevered through this long journey. To think he was practicing at receiver last 2 weeks is amazing. There will ups and downs, in football and in life, but he didn't give up when it looked like he may never get to realize his dream of playing QB. I don't think the story ends here.....stay tuned! I think UNC has something special. But the coaches need to make sure all this "noise" and award stuff is a thing of the past real quick. This week against Colorado State is not set up for an encore as they are much bigger, stronger, and play in a higher league. But this team will fight....I guarantee that. We can't afford a lot of injuries before conference, so pray we get out of Fort Collins healthy. Congrats to the coaches and players on a great win last week - ACU will win a lot of games this year, they are not a bad team. The announcers said that no team had EVER put up 35 points in a half in their storied long history - that says something. Air Force only scored 37 on them the whole game. Good luck this week Bears!!!
