The effort was lack luster tonight. Our guys weren't rotating. It looks like we have a true freshman leading this team. Berry and Tres need to step up and lead this team. Why does fulton feel like he needs to force 3's when he is on the court? If I was to re-evaluate the Big Sky I would put Weber at 4 or 5.
Fulton always has, hasn't he? I've always thought/assumed it was because he wasn't athletic enough to compete in/near the paint. If Rahe doesn't think his offensive play is right, shouldn't he adjust it?
I'm disappointed how soft/timid Bolomboy and Hill look. I get that both are young and Hill is quite inexperienced but I really thought I saw enough athletism in them that they would be able to hold their own. 9 fouls between the two of them yesterday against a front court that I don't believe is all that talented.
I couldn't agree more with the Senior leadership. I thought I saw it as a problem vs byu and definately saw it in this game. They've got to show the leadership on the court both vocally and in their play. I don't doubt they'll get things figured out by conference play but I really thought they were bringing something great right out of the gate this year. Guess not.
