SE174,
Overlook one of my favorite WR, Nic Sblendorio, #13. This young man really run great routes. Vic
Sounds like Coach Baldwin thinks of Nic as one of the top receivers in the podcast yesterday.

Just read this as well in the Sunday paper. Terence Grady is being called the next Brandon Kaufman. Tremble in fear Big Sky Conference, another EWU terror is coming.

Rjones61,
Had figured 6-7 Freshmen would be in the line-up starting this year, didn't miss it by much. Stu Stiles # 81, Zach Eagle #80, Terrence Grady #88, Jaleni Phelps # 83, Brad Wallace #86, Austin Flynn #87, All new Comers are going to be Great Additions, combined with the "BADEST W/Receivers", Shaq Hill #1, Cooper Kupp #10, Nic Sblendorio #13, Cory Mitchell # 6, Kendrick Bourne #11, Blair Bomer #23, Lauren Wright Jr. #29, are going to scare everyone in the Football World. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:     Hope I didn't leave out anyone. Can't wait to see all perform together. Good morning, and Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace

I try to keep up with what's going on but fall behind regularly. This might be old news but did I hear that Jordan Tonani will be out with the same injury that kept him out last year? I don't want to start any rumors because I truly don't know. I sure would like to see him pick up where he left off as a freshman.

I hadn't heard that, and boy, do I hope you are wrong.

I hope it's false as well. It very we'll could be a misunderstanding referencing his previous injury.

When Vic and I talked to him last Saturday and asked how he was feeling Jordan said all was fine and he was looking forward to the game.

Received a tweet back from Jim Allen today stating he watched Tonani at practice today and "he seems just fine"

Also Hamlin was back at practice in full pads.

Game On!

Jeezus, he is a big solid kid. Atheltically, he looks more impressive than Kaufman. He looks like an oversized TE. The question will be the quality of his hands, and can he use that size to outmuscle guys to a jump ball like Kaufman did. If so, he's going to have a great career.

I'm excited about Grady as well, I think he's going to be a great WR for us. That said, it's probably a bit early for the Kaufman comparisons. Simply put, there's not been a player for EWU that has dominated the opposition quite like BK. He just made plays time after time.

Kaufman made a huge impact his redshirt freshman year. Although Grady is still a true freshman that doesn't mean he can't still make the same impact.

Completely possible. But players like Kaufman only come around every once in a while. Well, a little more frequently now than in the past, maybe. :D

My point was, let's refrain from the Kaufman comparisons until the kid has actually played a down of college football. :thumb:
