THR - You sound close to the program. Great stuff in your report. Keep us posted. I also believe MBT is going to be a stud. However, he will be pushed by Smith who I'm sure wants to keep the number one spot which is his until he's knocked off. Should be a great fall camp.
Thanks and I appreciate it, Homer. Smith will definitely add some fuel to the fire, but I'm told that MBT is the favorite on the team. I think by camp's end, he will be behind the reigns. I will do my best to always keep you and everyone else up to date with information. Starting right now: VVVV

THR, anything on Travon jones?
I regret to inform you guys that Mr. Jones will not be with the Hornets this year, which is needless to say (well, I think anyway), is a true blow to the Hornets offense. Unfortunately, he couldn't get it done in the classroom, so he's ineligible. I was looking forward to seeing his quickness and shifty running style this season. With this, I'm told Bryan Hilliard could possibly be in 1st place as far as the battle for this position goes. He's a big power back (which I am personally of fan of [power backs]), but for the Hornets often ran 3-Wide Receiver formation, I think a proven, fast, quick and shifty back who can not only run the ball, but sneak out in the flat would be better for us. Which brings me to Evander Wilkins, who is a quick back. He's not very big and definitely needs some weight on him, but my sources says he's got a lot of heart and is definitely speedy. He did make a few plays during the '07 season, but we gotta see if he can go for almost a 1000 like Hilliard.
Long story short, unless Sperbeck pulls in some JC guy (who will be coming in soon. I'll let you know when I find out) or another transfer, these are our two main competitors for the running backs this season.
***Thanks for welcoming me in guys. I'll do my best to keep you posted with the latest and answers to your requests.
