Yes, EWU IS 2-4 to start the season, BUT 1-1 in the Big sky conference. NO BIG SKY TEAM will go undefeated this year so that bodes we’ll for EWU. With our remaining schedule against UNC. at home W, Griz away ?, NAU at home W, IDST away W, cal poly away, W then PSU at home W, we finish 7-1 or 6-2 in BSC and playoffs where anything can happen, so don’t panick yet, it does get easier, LOL! This team is just too good and we all know it. If they win out, probably BSC CHANPS or co champs.

However, if you do reel off 6 straight the committee would probably have to consider it as you’d be one of the hotter teams. This is of course if you don’t land the auto bid from the Sky.

The trip to the FCS National Championship game was impressive Aaron Best. However, having Barriere, Custer and 3 good wr’s is good enough to win, even with that terrible defense wearing red uniforms. Those are a lot of Baldwin’s guys out there and it looks like Best can’t put together a decent team or a decent game! This is embarrassing guys! Eastern lost to Jax State (beatable), Idaho (terrible team imo) & (sorry-ass, cellar-dweller, 3,000 fans in attendance) Sacramento State!
Aaron Best did not EARN that HC job, and working on the staff for 20 years doesn’t mean you’re HC material. Sorry, it has to be said. Montana might destroy this team, yea I hope it doesn’t happen either but cmon guys.... Sacramento State made Eastern look like Northern Colorado yesterday. Brace yourselves, this might get ugly.

Coach Best has produced two good football seasons including the trip to Frisco, and lost two important games, and won an important game this season. And some guys here are implying, threatening, that he be fired? Although Sac State apparently had several losing years there is evidence that it's no longer true. IMO, Eastern lost to a much improved team Saturday evening. We shall see how Sac State weathers the remaining season. For the two aforementioned loses, some are suggesting they would favor seeking and hiring a new head coach, new assistant coaches and endure a few years building for better success? There is no coaching candidate anywhere that's more EKG than Coach Best who has a time-proven loyalty to EWU football. Yeah, and I recall fairly recent comments on this site that Eastern is just a stepping stone for aspiring head and assistant coaches. Please, someone explain how the mid-season bitchin, and second guessing on this site could have any positive affect on the team, recruiting, or raising funds for the stadium.

I'll take a stab and zero effect.
All ten of us on here are who I would consider big fans, really nobody but us probably even look at this site and...all the views on a particular post/topic...are probably just us checking to see what the other 9 of us may say about our own post.
That's ok, I have a blast on here and do infact expand my knowledge about the game/team as everyone (of the ten of us...ok 15 of us) of us bring a different view. I appreciate everyone on here.
