Most definitely. NDSU loses their QB, RB, HC, OC, etc. Towson loses West, and who else? SHSU loses Bell, Flanders, etc. I don't see anyone beating us other than maybe UW.

How many times will EWU keep themselves out of Frisco? Its becoming really frustrating. Vernon Adams is not the way for EWU, they need a better qb. Hes NOT gonna win the Walter Payton Award, and hes NOT gonna get EWU a national championship.

NDSU next year will have 17 starters that played significantly this year, including 7 starters on defense. (2 lb's, 2 safety's corner 2 DL ). Star RB & WR too.

Vernon Adams isn't perfect and he did not play a perfect game the last couple of weeks, but who is better in the FCS right now? He has committed his heart to our alma-mater, proudly represents our university, and we owe him a little gratitude for what he has all ready given to us!
The truth is this team is more then one player and needs to improve a little across the board to be able to hoist another National Championship trophy.

He hit that pass in his sleep plenty of times during the season but this is the post season, and he hasn't looked spectacular. He's looked mediocre.

What an unbelievable post by this clown, did you drink too much at the game? Football is a team game, one missed pass didn't lose this game. We made too many mistakes all game long. We win as a team, we lose as a team. VA is our leader on and off the field. Fans support their team win or lose. Maybe rooting for Montana would suit you better. They have had some great QB's recently, once they are eligible. We have a great football program and there is more to it than making it Frisco. 8 and 0 in Big Sky play and three more home playoff games. Great season, great coaches and a senior class that will go down as one of our best ever.
This loss isn't on Adams, it's a team sport. Should he have hit that pass? Yeah, but football is a 60 minute game. We had a chance to stop them from marching down the field in the final minute, and we couldn't do it. Also, VA is just a Sophomore, he's still learning and getting better and will be the force behind this team for the next 2 years.
Congrats to the Seniors - you are the most successful class in EWU history. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication. Us fans truly appreciate it.

Ok, my post to BFalkin above was just as dumb as he is.
Anyway, this was a great season and I love watching this team. The four and five year seniors in this group have seen huge changes in the program and they have been a giant part of the success the EAGS have had. Best wishes to the seniors in whatever endeavors and path their lives take.
The future looks incredibly bright and I feel fortunate to attend games and follow my university.
We as alums and fans need to always keep things in perspective and just go along for the ride wherever that takes us. I can't wait for the spring scrimmage.
One more thing, I want the Gateway project to succeed as much as anyone but would stand on old crappy wooden bleachers to watch the EAGS.
