Here's What We Need to Do.

Its hard to say what's going to happen to this team. As of right now, I don't see them winning a game. You have a rookie coaching staff (again), and lack of talent. Not saying we don't have talent on this team, because we do, but I don't think have enough. They got out coached against Lindenwood, eh CSU was a littel better, but ISU they were way out coached. See ISU was smart, they hired a coach that had more than a half year of head coach experience, and one that is a proven winner in the big sky.

Yeah, I do know they are under achieving right now. However, we have our only 3 all-conference players from last year not returning. 2 because of graduation (Eddy and Askew) and one because of grades (Davis). The best of the rest incoming players were 2nd team all-conference and we only had a couple of those. So, to me that says there was a gap in Downing's recruiting classes. I think his last one was pretty good, but the JR's and SR's right now are very average to below average players in this conference. I'm with Blofeld though, Collins will have to be a mastermind recruiter because we don't have the best recruiting tool out there and that's wins.
