Getting in is the biggest complaint for me. 3 gates, with 3 huge lines. Some of the lines crossed each other, which led to confusion and cutting. And the South gate gets jumbled with folks buying tickets, so I avoided that one. In the line I took, there were 2 students scanning the tickets. Took around 20 minutes, which is about 15 too many.
In previous games, I know the middle gate was reserved for students getting in free, but not sure about last Sat. In any case, students should use another side door to get in, like maybe over by The Well? That would free up a gate for general admission. Then staff each gate with 8 scanners and 2 bag checkers, and problem solved. Cheap student labor is an easy win.
Bathroom access on the visitor side wasn't too bad. The bathroom under the stands went pretty fast. And the wife didn't complain, so I assume it wasn't awful for the ladies.
As for concessions, I didn't even try. The lines were long, and there were tons of folks content with watching the game from the end-zone fence. Not sure where the lines ended and the spectators began.
BUT, I'll take that and a win any day...
