• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!

If I may suggest something here. The NCAA tournament is the bomb. If any of you are thinking about going to the NCAA's, in my professional oppinion, you should definately go.

1. You don't know when you are going to get the chance again.

2. Go meet people.

3. It's part of the College experience.

This is an AWESOME opportunity for you to go support your team and enjoy what you can during the College basketball experience at UNC. Plus there is a chance you could be playing in Denver. You'll have a whole state cheering for ya. Especially if you play BYU!!!

Plus take a crap load of money with ya! Buy lots of stuff with the UNC logo on it. And wear your COW shirt. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

I am coming out to Colorado in july and we always stop at the unc bookstore - this time I can by a championship t-shirt (or I ill get one online). I can only swing a tournament game if they end up in DC (work and money prevent me from traveling for this).

Go to the NCAA's if you have the chance. Sell the boat, sell the car, sell a kidney, sell the kids, sell your kid's kidney... it's worth it. I've had the pleasure of attending two rounds in Phoenix (1999 when Gonzaga made their first run in Phoenix...family members are alums) and two rounds in Tucson (2000....saw NAU lose in the final seconds to St Johns). Best sports-related viewing time in my life. I still remember going apeshit when Casey Calvary's runner in the paint beat the Florida Gators. I still remember my heart aching when lousy St. Johns (Lavor Postell... if I remember correctly?) got away with some rough end game defense to deny NAU a three point shot. The agony and the ecstasy.

Every college hoops fan in the country outside of ACC/Big East/SEC/Big 10 or 12 land will be a die-hard UNC fan if you can keep it close til the end.

No joke guys...relish the coming week.
