Its Official - at LMU

I promised myself I wouldn't get mad when this sort of poop ended up happening. So much for promises! This is such horse manure!! I can't believe that Weber would get bent over like this again. I'd rather be in the CBI than this crap tournament, even with what happened last year. Really, can we as Weber State fans blame Oregon or CBI? Casas was, in fact, the main ref at that game. The ref who, as usual, called a terribly one-sided affair. Anyway, I'm hoping that we will be able to watch this game. Anyone interested in hosting a watch party?

why did loyola get a home game of all schools? they had one of the lowest opening attendance or does that not matter? but do we really care if we got another home game? no one came to ours.

capacity 4,000

Loyola is the big time. They had over 2,000 in attendance when they hosted a ranked team at home this year.

SERIOUSLY?!? This is truly embarrassing. They play in a Sac State gym!! Wouldn't the CIT want to make a better name for themselves by playing in nicer gyms, at schools with established fans, and by rewarding the best teams in the tournament? Maybe, in all honesty, this is a good thing monetarily for Weber. There have been a couple posts on here about the monies the Cats lost due to their first round game. At least, even though it is a total snub having to travel, Weber won't lose thousands of dollars hosting this game. If Weber were to host Idaho on Saturday night, I'm pretty sure there would have been, at least, 5K at the Dee. Oh well...out of 347 teams, you'd think a tournament could get enough teams to enter without having to get on their knees.

LMU is a VERY small school, this gym doesn't suprise me. You should see their baseball field. However, I am thinking about taking the drive down to LA for this game.

If I was closer, I definitely would go to the game. Catcat, what are you waiting for? You should road trip to LA.

If Idaho beats Utah State, the Vandals will play at Weber State/Loyola Marymount winner.

#BigSkyMBB RT @collegeinsider: Looks like you have another me Sunday at LMU. Should be a heck of game. @Dame_Lillard is a big time player!

Sounds like CIT wanted Weber St.-Utah St. for a quarterfinal, plus sked conflict with Weber and that's why Idaho is at Utah State.

Why did everyone say Weber was the number 1 overall seed in the tournament and promised a second round home game? Why do Weber fans lie so much?

So did Weber have the opportunity to host this round but already had the Dee booked for something?

according to Stu Morril last night on the Aggie post game show both USU and Loyola were guaranteed home games through the first 2 rounds assuming they won their first round game of course.
