James Jones - New Defensive Coordinator

Saw on the interweebs that former Bears DL coach and current San Jose State DL Coach James Jones has accepted the position to be the new DC. From what I remember the guys liked playing for him. Doesn't have coordinating experience, but I like the hire.

He was a excellent D-Line coach and he was related to the players very well. He has one of the best football minds I've ever seen. Probably one of the best coaching hires in a long time.
