All of my Deep South jokes aside, I like the people but hate the region. Climate is outside my taste, the weather during six years of rehearsals was unfriendly at best. Granted I always traveled in the summer so I always got the worst. But my biggest complaint was the lack of mountains, get kind of used to living in the constant presesnce of Hood and St Helens.
This is funny to me, because I had a friend from the south who hated the mountains. He would say "think about how far you could see without that damn rock there". Pretty hilarious. We gave him plenty of flak for that.
