Julius Thomas

Watch any Broncos game and you'll see Julius score at least one touchdown. He's done that in all games save one. In two games he's had two. Barring injury, he's a starter for the rest of the season.

I know this is getting pretty repetitive, but JT has already scored another TD today. A 74 yard td about 5 minutes into the game. I'm guessing his ankle is doing fine...

Friggin' awesome!

Julius missed last week with a bad knee. Hope he can play this week - he was on his way to breaking records. Ah, the tribulations of NFL play - injury - play - injury - play. Still, he's making a hell of a lot of money, play or not.

Julius Thomas passes Shannon Sharpe for Broncos single-season TD record by TE

Julius did get that record-breaking TD, but he also caught 4 other passes and blocked well. He's averaged over a touchdown a game in what amounts to a rookie season. Not bad! Barring injuries (knee?) he'll be starting for quite a long time. Anyone know how Sean's doing with the Seahawks?

Sorry, should have been Shead. And I looked him up on the Seahawks roster. He did play Sunday - got one tackle.

Nice! JT was on the Dan Patrick show this morning.

"The pride of Portland State."

Love to hear us on national radio for all of the right reasons.

Julius picked up 4 receptions and a touchdown yesterday against Houston, staying right on his average per game. He's third all time NFL for touchdown catches by a TE. Used to be a rare touchdown and a lot of blocks for a TE. Things have changed.

I suspect that Julius is the only PSU player to be selected to the Pro-Bowl. That's worth a lot of PSU advertising. I first heard it this afternoon on Channel 2 news. Bravo, Julius Thomas!!

I think Lomax had two Pro-Bowls.

Former PSU standout and current Denver Broncos TE Julius Thomas joined the show to talk about his career and coming back to Portland for the spring game.

Browsing the Denver Post website for updates on the Blazer trade, I came across an interesting article on Thomas' days in Denver possibly coming to an end. He becomes a free agent on March 10 and it doesn't seem that the Broncos may sign him.

Maybe time for Julius to move on. Seahawks, anyone?

Heard a bit on national sports radio that was saying Julius "just wanted to get paid."

I'm no GM, but you've had a pro bowl tight end for two years and it's only cost you a total of 1.4m.

Pay the man.
