Keep Montana Out of Roos Field

Anyone else having troubles getting extra tickets? I was able to purchase my season seats but can't seem to find a way to grab extras. Online was no help, the ticket office number sends me to tickets west, and tickets west is no help. Just looking for one more ticket in addition to my seasons. Anyone else having this problem?

Can my son and I go? We are Eagle fans in Montana. We are making the trip from Billings. I am counting on being able to buy the tickets tomorrow when they go on sale. Got the day off of work and the hotel booked.
How ironic. Should EWU win this weekend, there will be an Eagle fan on eGriz next week asking Griz fans to attend the next game in Cheney because it will not be sold out.
What is the capacity of that thing you call a stadium without and with temporary seating? What will capacity be on Saturday?
In another post someone lamented the poor attendance at rivalry games. Montana had over 25.000 fans at its game and the other nine Big Sky teams had almost 31,000 combined, an average of about 6,200 per game. Seems to be little room for debate. Montana easily has the largest fan base in the Big Sky.
I would like EWU to have a 17,500 seat stadium. When Montana visited every other year the crowd would be split about 50/50 just like the good old days when the game was played in Spokane.
At present, EWU has been able to consistently beat Montana. It is fair to say that EWU has a better football team. However, the EWU program pales in comparison to the program at Montana and most likely always will. Enjoy these halcyon days as they will not last forever. Montana has a stronger program and they will be back.

- I visit that site semi-regularly and have never seen any Eagle fans asking people to attend playoff games at Roos Field.
- Everyone knows Montana has the best attendance in the Big Sky, and the biggest stadium. Not sure why some folks feel the need to mention it so often, and not sure why you're comparing us (or Montana) with the rest of the Big Sky. EWU's regular season attendance this year was third in the conference behind Montana and MSU, and all the games were sold out prior to the UNC game. We have been operating at over 100% capacity, and demand is exceeding supply at this point.
Montana has a good program, but should have a good program. It is the flagship University of your State. If we're going to use Montana as the metric for success at the FCS level, then there's really only 1 or 2 other programs in the history of the FCS/1-AA that that even fit in that category.

If anybody is looking red lion bbq in Spokane has tons for tickets selling to griz fans with travel to the game. Also holiday in downtown Spokane has a bunch.

Yea holiday inn is selling 2 tickets and hotel stay for 119.

The EWU football program and university has grown tremendously, and continues to do so. EWU has won 4 of 5 games against Montana and should be highly favored to do so again on Saturday for the 4th time in a row. We have better coaches, players, and overall talent then Montana; that was not true 10 years ago but it is now. It is obvious you have no idea what has been going on in Cheney, at Roos Field, or on the EWU campus in general.
Fortunately for you, this is not like when you were in school and raised your hand causing the eyes of all the other students to roll as you asked the stupid question or blurted out the idiotic answer. And, even though your teacher might have said "It's OK Cowpoke, there's no such thing as a stupid question," they were just trying not to hurt your feelings or crush your spirit to learn. Fortunately for you, your post is anonymous and no one really knows who your ignorant, uninformed, loudmouth butt really is. When you post next time try to make yourself appear to be a little smarter because you are giving all UM alumni a bad name. You graduated from UM right?
