Montana Game

We have it in us. I know we do. I'm thinking back to the Abline Christian game. Apparently those guys are still good cause they're at 17 in the Stats poll. I bet Montana is similar to that team. The QB run game is helping our offense and I think we can finally have our coming out party. It reminds me of the good old memories of smashmouth football with Joe Glenn. Bear on Bear violence, I'm hoping for a high scoring game that we keep close. I can't say we'll win but I bet we have a chance at the end. UNC Bears 38 - UM Bears 44.

If there's some positives in this one, it's that Montana seems to have their worst defense in a long time. Our defense has been mostly competitive and can hopefully keep the Montana offense below their average. If Keone can continue to improve, there should be some opportunities to exploit and keep this one in punching distance. We need the crowd to show up and make an uncomfortable environment, last game had better attendance but still wasn't great. Hopefully being back in the W column will turn out some more fans for only the 3rd home game of the year. The record hasn't reflected it yet but the team under Lamb has such a different feel than when "the other Ed" was in charge.
