See this is what I'm talking about.... he throws a swing pass to the right to a guy wide open and throws it over his head....then we take a sack... He completes that pass then the sack doesn't hurt so much. Bottom line is when the game is close or getting close he can't make the big throws to sustain drives. When the game is a blowout, he's less stressed and performs better.
I'm not saying he has not thrown some GREAT passes today cause he has..... but he just can't lead this team when its needed and there is a NEED for a score.
Yeah, not sure what's keeping the staff from making the switch at QB.
Your "not sure" what keeps "the staff" from making a Qb change?...humor me for a moment as I take a swing at that one. The obvious would be the under experienced "coordinator" hired on in a position he wasn't qualified in the first place to have would only mean one thing...nobody knows on that staff when it's the right time to stop riding that horse into the ground every week. They in fact believe its something you stick out...so the perspective is exactly the opposite because in their minds that's the smarter "coaching" decisions. So, going back to my original statement...your not going to see a change in play offensively scheme or positions because you have individuals who are inherently incapable of know when what and how to win or be productive or put players in a position to be successful. Something similar to the hiring evaluation process done by JayJay. How's that score lookin?
