Ok lets get past UNI. Griz fans think it will be a blowout . What do Bear fans think ?? Any hope ? Any optimism ? Or are we doomed another week ?

Watching how Montana hung with NDSU last weekend gives me little to no hope that we can keep this close. Not really a knock on the Bears, just that these top tier teams in the FCS are damned good. It's like watching CU or CSU against Florida State. NDSU took Iowa State to the woodshed in Iowa and I don't think that was a fluke.

It's a long long long long shot against a top tier FCS team on the road, but there is always hope!

Go Bears!

Montana might be a bit overrated and UNI might be a bit underrated. Collins said the Panthers are the best team they will face on their schedule. They proved through two tough FBS and what they did to us on Saturday that they are indeed a very, very good team.

Montana though is going to be tough as well. I'm hoping we have a good match-up and ruin their homecoming.

Given Collins creditability he will probably be saying that after almost every game cause as you know with every loss there's some sort of excuse without taking some personally accountability.

another blow out on the road, collins & co will show up unprepared and get out coached
I believe you have summed up all of the fan frustration in one post. The players very rarely get out played, the majority of loses come (in my opinion) from being out coached or the coaching leadership being unprepared. If the team was getting beat because the players just aren't very good or the recruiting classes are just not strong, that would be one thing, but I do not believe that is the case. That causes a great deal of frustration for the fan base. I guess at this point, we just ride it out and see where it takes us. We need to stay positive and supportive for the student athletes because at this point I do not believe the coaches are going anywhere until the end of the year. I do not believe any amount of negativity from me or anyone else at this point will change any of that.

Back to Montana and football... I think Montana is over-rated. They did not blow out a mediocre South Dakota team last weekend like everyone thought they would. I think we will fair much better against them, than we did against UNI.

Your right, lets get back to whats happening on the field. I really hope we give them a game and just have fun and go for the upset. Excellence is not a skill, its an attitude ! Go Bears

South Dakota just beat a dangerous NAU team at home. I wouldn't say USD is bad, plus the griz dominated that game it just didnt show as much on the board. I think unc will play better than you have and i think the griz will win 34- 10 or something of that nature.

Big Sky not streaming this game? Ugh.

EDIT: LOL - For some stupid reason, I thought the game started at 1:30 not 2:00.

Been a long week.

EDIT 2.0 - It's on AUD Network 601 on DTV now at 1:30 (1:40).

Montana receivers are either much better blockers or our secondary doesn't care. 21-0 Grizz.

LOL, you know we are bad when the Montana fans in the front row behind the bench are congratulating our QB for his TD run.
