Moving on - New Mexico State & North Dakota

Apparently the New Mexico State game is on Altitude2. I get Altitude and Altitude-a on DirecTV but I am not sure if they will show the game.

I kind of hope we rest some of our key players for the stretch run in the Big Sky.

The NMSU arena is quite similar to the Montana arena (they seem very nice):

2 straight OOC games during the conf schedule, thats interesting.

KICK New Mexico State's BUTT.

And give North Dakota a "real" Big Sky conf Welcome.

If the bears could get a W at NMSU, it actually might be able to help. NMSU has a higher RPI rating than UNC does.

Good point, plus it may keep us in the National mid-major group that we seem to find ourselves in.

Looks like I may be able to watch the NMSU game:

Altitude on DirecTV will now be channel 681, ALT2 will be 682, and Altitude HD will now be channel 681-1

UNC should be able to get past UND fairly easily; however, the NMSU game will be another story. I really believe that UNC can beat the aggies, but it'll take more than Beitzel contributing. The Bears have got to get more out of Montgomery and Proctor down low, and then need Kaba to really have a good night shooting. The Bears are at their best when they can spread offensive production. If the team depends solely on Beitzel then they are done.

You are so right wsuwaldo!! We need production from Montgomery, Proctor and Kingman to be successful! The potential is there! Bears need to hit on all cylinders and BJ needs to get them fired up.

Totally agree. I think the times that the bears have lost, is for those reason, they get no other offensive production from anyone else but Beitzel.

Depends on which RPI estimate you're looking at. I tend to favor KenPom, which has UNC 114th, NMSU at 119th...UM at 95th as of this morning.

The UND game was on the schedule before the conference finalized putting all of the teams in Bracketbuster, so that's how it wound up that way.
