Argh, they pulled a "Downing" pulling defeat from the jaws of victory pissing away a 4 run lead in the bottom of the ninth...
It's a good thing we don't give out any scholarships or I'd be saying to pull a couple. :x

Man did they blow that one.
I think they did take a page out the Downing rule book, by throwing balls down the pipe to their best hitter with the bases loaded.

That game suuuucked. It's just too bad this is the game that gets televised. Not a good impression for anyone that maybe tuned in casually and was on the fence. In the 9th they looked like a JV high school team out there, errors, giving up bombs etc. Too many freshman playing is the first thing that jumps out at me and they choked under the pressure.
