I did a little research and I think I know who it is. I hope that not much becomes of this whole thing, but on the other hand they could be serious charges. The only good thing about this is that the university reported the violations rather than try to cover them up. As ISU fans and boosters we've really had to endure a lot and I think we're overdue for some good things to happen in the future.
