New Balance

is UNC going to sign another contract with New Balance or are they going with a new carrier. It would be nice if we could get one company to sponser all the teams and not just with New Balance with football and Nike with the b-ball teams, etc.

Yeah I guess they have to take the best offer possible. I know when they signed with New Balance three or so years ago they talked about how there would be a New Balance presense as far as signage, sponsorship etc and that never materialized so all things being equal I'd ditch them and go to Nike.

I doubt either new balance or Nike is really jumping at the chance to get UNC signed up.

No, we'll have to pay but I'd rather pay for Nike than pay for New Balance.
