From the article about the La. Monroe game at UNCBEARS.com:

The Bears will now return to the road one more time before Christmas when it takes on Big 12-power Oklahoma at 11 a.m. (MT) on Saturday at Lloyd-Noble Arena in Norman, Okla. The game will be broadcast regionally on the Sooner Sports Network and internationally on ESPN360.com.

Sweet!

Oklahoma have had a strange season. They beat La Monroe 72-61 (similar to us), then lost 3 in a row to VCU, San Diego and Houston then have strung together 4 wins against some good teams like Arizona Arkansas and Utah.

With the loss of the Griffin brothers they're not gonna be quite as good. They're definitely beatable if the Bears can stay focused and play a good game.

Just got in from shoveling a foot of snow off my driveway. We seem to be hanging in there.

What a finish. Well done, the OU broadcast said some wonderful things about the Bears.

Awesome game and consider this...OU had to make 14 3 pointers and shot 11 more FTs than the Bears and they only won by a point! Great game I wish we could have walked away with a win! The officials did not give us a break it got so bad Tad Boyle even got T'd up..and if you know anything about Tad thats not like him at all!

Our defense is an absolute joy to watch and it's all about coaching and attitude.

The OU broadcast made a comment that "you earn every point you score against these guys" and it was spot on. I really want Big Sky play to start.

OU's announcers also said that in the 8 years that they have been doing games, that UNC was the best mid-major school that they had seen the Sooners play in Norman...and then they added that if UNC is 6th in the Big Sky then Weber must be REALLY GOOD! LOL

nice game, looks like it took a little home cookin for Okla to get the win. unc only got to the line for 7-8 ft's uh...ok.

and the 14 ou 3's? was that a school record?

14 3's were pretty impressive considering a lot of them were either well guarded or from NBA range.

The Bears impressed a lot of people tonight. Tad is really building something out there in Greeley. Tough luck guys but a valuable experience that will hopefully help prepare the team for the Big Sky. You guys are going to be a factor for sure.

According to an OU fan:

No. Colorado is pretty good-- seriously. Coming in to the game, they had only played two home games all year and were 9-2 overall. I think they are considered a favorite to win the Big Sky and go to the Tourney. They had some athletic guys and a whiteboy that could really shoot.
