- Weber State beats Montana in Missoula
-Cal Poly should have beaten EWU in over time
-Portland State beats an FBS team by 59 points
-UC Davis upsets NAU
- Idaho State "upsets" UND

I have no idea who the best team in the league is.

Not only did UC Davis beat NAU, they did it just a week after NAU beat Montana State!
