Garret is our center, that started just over 1/2 way thru last season. Chad is the backup center and was the starting right guard last game. Chad will be center for OSU.

I can't wait for the game. We are solid. With two lock down corners we can load the box to deal with their big RB. Our O-line is talented and the QB is playing great as an 18 year old. He has another week to connect better with the receivers. I think the defense for LSU is a lot better than people give them credit for after the first game (at least 2 headed to the NFL)... our offense may surprise some people.
On paper it looks like we are way over matched. But this team has similar talent and swagger as the team had 2 years ago. It should be an exciting game.

@GrantH I don't know much. He's a redshirt freshman. Talented enough he doesn't play on the scout team defense so he is getting some reps with the 2s. He plays on some special teams. I don't think he made the travel team so may not have been at BYU. Should see some time if some of our main LB's need a break...

I can tell you he didn't play in the Spring game because of injury.....his arm was in a sling.

Like I said over with some Beaver fans, Viks are not playing as well as last week, yet the score is the same. Need to clean it up a bit, get it to the 4th quarter and see what happens. We can win this,

Man even though my son is red shirting me and the wife supports the football program. This was the first time we both attended a big game. With that being said the game was amazing, we sat in the second row behind the team and we routed the team on the whole game. If everyone says healthy there going to have a great season.

Agree! I hope Jalani's injury isn't serious, however the Vikings have some proven depth at that position. I know your son is a "player", but if he isn't going to start, a redshirt year is the way to go. Go Viks!
